Help with TTT configiration

How can you pre-configure game settings for TTT? It's possible to change values in the console likettt_postround_dm 1 to enable postround deathmatch but this can become very repetitive and is not a permanent soloution. What are the exact parameters that need to be changed in order to permanently affect the gamemode settings? Any help would beaprechiated.
