Having trouble finding endermen

You shouldn't be playing normal. Hard isn't much harder than normal is, and it would increase the chance you can get endermen

For me I personally got a horse and rode around in circles around a pool of water. Then when I found one I would look at it so it would aggro, and stand in the water (around 3 blocks away) he can't hit you, and will get hurt by the water and your sword.
