it's not default PM system. It's mybb conversation system.

There is a free version of it on GitHub for MyBB 1.6

Wasn't trying to sounds smart, anyone can rip html/css with little to no know how. I just said it like that so people would know that I am talking about the actual messenger rather than the styling. I will look into the "Conversation System", I just hate the default messenger.
