Yes, I totally agree with what you said about payment. I have some programing experience. I have touched, aside from web languages, C, C++, python, java...
I was thinking on some repetitive stuff you see everywhere.
Imagine the comment section of a blog. Should I program it with PHP on the server side, create a database to keep track of comments, users, blog posts, etc? I really think I would be able to code it with time, but it seems i'd be re-inventing the wheel. Are templates for those things as well?
