Which is more important, a great car or a great house? Why?

I feel like a combination of both but I would say a house but not like anything giant or whatever this day in age likes. A simple couple room house with a nice roomy backyard and garage is nice. I'd rather get a nice house as for a car...too many things can happen more to a car than a house let's be real.
