XenForo 2.1.3 [Full Release] [Nulled]

Ok so I upgraded to this version of XenForo some days ago, and users can't use the **Insert Image** button because If they try to put the link of an image, the image doesn't appear
And the only way to put images / gifs in their signature is by using [img ] [/img]
Can someone help me fix this problem?
