(Rainbow Six: Siege) What do you like (or dislike) about R6 compared to other FPSs?

I dislike the new hitpoint system or whatever you call it. I remember that a few years ago the kills weren't that easy to get; you wouldn't have to just press m1 and voila you get a kill.
the system required actually the attacker to hit more times than just 1 shot
