Which is the best VPN?

It depends on what you are going to do with the VPN. Which locations are you going to use (just inside the EU or USA or...)? Do you need a connection which is fast when it comes
to downloads or do you need a low latency?

For me it was essential to get a high speed download link between me (Germany) and the USA east and west coast. ExpressVPN performed best for me.
