If you had the power to create anything you wanted what would it be?

I would create the atom AIO Printer. Basically it would be a device able to scan the atoms of an object, say a 1 coin, and once it had scanned the atoms you could print the exact same 1 coin from thin air. Far fatched but I was very high when I thought about that and its alwasy been stuck in my head lol
