Kill Confirmed gets you so much XP just grab all the tags you see and pawn noobs and you get a shit ton of XP.
Hardpoint just kill off people while you're in the hardpoint and boom.

Got loads of kills and loads of caps.
Me and a friend had like 10 caps each, then there was only 1 other person on our team who had 1 cap.
No one else even tried to cap >.>
