HL2RP and You!

[color=#ffffff][size=small]Hello all and I am going to keep it short and Simple HL2RP is one of the best RPs out there however the genre is supposesedly dying due to the fact that Serious (RPPERS) cannot evolve and want the same old slow..paced boring CITIZEN WALKING /me Simulator. Now don't get me wrong text rp is not as fun...however the RP is solid. I often ask people why you don't want to rp with mics; they often say : "It kills my immersion" or "I don't want to hear a lil kid screaming" etc etc etc and the list goes on. Now I have sucessfully found a way to Mesh the two how to have mics in rp and not have it be mingy at all and I find it funny how no one else has thought of this....gag the idiots it is a very simple and usefulllll tooooool. Other than that everything you say or not will be taken ICly if you want it to or not. Now I know don't get me wrong most players might seem it is so strange to play on a server with microphones however the world of HL2RP is so dry w/o sound....It mentally tires you out. Now one could argue it would be hard to keep in characters for example oh I am a russian but when I speak I sound like I am from texas...I get it. and to those players I would say simply type if you truly want immersion. Other than that....go play one a server..oh wait they don't exist no more Nebulous cloud is where you go to fufill your Silent Mute Fearful combine desires....However I have been on many other servers with a combine vs rebel aspect with tons of RP. The only thing was it had no mics, regardless the RP was fun and I got to shoot people is that not what we all want? Some Action along with good role-play? It isn't hard to come by it really is not. Now what I do have to offer is not another Carbon copy of a HL2RP server, but I do have something truly Unique you wont be a slave to /mes You will however in fact use them. You wont bea free range chicken...this is the world of hl2 you will be a citizen and expect to be treated like one. Our combine know the rules and they cannot use microphones...citizen may have the usage of mics Idk..I am still on the Fence here...**TL;DR** BASED ON THE IFO GIVEN MICS OR NO MICS and If the players want mics and we give them mics but the rp is solid should we restrict them from their mics just because? I hardly think that is fair. just because other HL2RPs are doing so that does not mean I have to share your ideas and comments.
