Which Minecraft version was the best?

In all honesty, for a survival playthrough, I currently like the 1.14 update. The last I played before this update was 1.5.2 and all the new features are very interesting to me. The run down water ruins with aqua zombies, The strongholds in the End after you beat the Ender Dragon. Everything all just coming together is an amazing survival experience for me and my friends.
