Post this on AnonOPS IRC channel, they have one for this but I forget, normally they'll start by DoXing the person who did it and then depending on the seriousness - killing animals for fun, tortuing them- blah blah blah, I found these swede guy abusing cats and kittens and dogs and shit, so I hopped onto 4C, alert my /b/ bros then we went to AnonOPS, asked this Operator guy to help us and then he did the rest
