Is Half-Life 2 Roleplay Dead?

I used to play on CombineControl, p sure thats dead now unfortunately

The problem with that server, and many others, is that you spend all your time doing absolutely jack because the CPs dont make anyone do work and the people that can afford things shit on everyone else, unless you decide to purchase ingame currency.
