Maybe take the time to read the screen on the trainer before just blindly using it, if you did you would see it says what its doing at the top of each tab when you move a slider. I know this because i did the same thing as you first time round but then noticed how dumb i was being and took the time to read the screen not complain that there are spoon fed information on something that people made for free!
Thanks for the hard work on the trainer lads been a joy playing elite again with some fun tools and less of the super grind
