Agree, Avast has been my favorite anti-virus for the last several years, and I only use the free version. Stay away from clicking on shit that you don't know what it is, don't download from random places, and you will be fine. Get CCleaner as well to keep yourself clean - there is even a license key here on the forum that you can use to upgrade it to the Professional version for free. I did it the other day and it worked perfectly.
