Opinion on smokers?

Unfortunately, I have been smoking for 30 years and only when I was in the hospital for 2 months I did not smoke then I felt the smell from afar I felt like someone was smoking and disturbed the smell, but again I smoke and I know it is unhealthy but it is stronger than me
