Best VPN

ExpressVPN or ProtonVPN, really depends on what you are doing online.

I would always advocate for a constant VPN connection, but to what degree based on price. ExpressVPN costs money, a bit more than others but it is one of the best VPNs out there. The VPN kill switch is amazing to instantly disconnect data if the connection drops manually or accidentally, also the privacy laws mean its hard for foreign countries to get the information you used to register and pay for the product, best if you are a drug dealer or something.

ProtonVPN is better, has a free and paid version, but it is a known company to accept large donations from private investors in exchange for data, but it would not matter if you had nothing to hide unlike the previous one.

TL;DR Express if you are doing anything illegal and ProtonVPN for general security.
