[Trainer] Elite: Dangerous 64bit

Ive downloaded the updated engine and was playing in solo on horizons and have run into several issues. First was jumping to any new system causes the game to crash even when disabling the active cheats. The second was you still accrue damage even when set to zero and the shields do not regen once taken down even when you disable the cheats. They will regen when you get back to the station and repair the damage.
