[Trainer] Elite: Dangerous 64bit

I have a rather odd one, all works fine and no crashes even if I forget to close the trainer and go into outfittling, and not had a crash during jumping or supercruise, but what I did find is when I did remember to close the trainer and enter a station do all my stuff and leave again but forget to re-load the trainer I still had all the cheats available agility/mass lock etc and I did double check the trainer was not running.
