Advice Needed Deal With Deppression

Like most things that people would say. Best not to really take to the internet for help, most of the time. It's better to actually seek out a councilor. And I don't mean the crappy sit in the room and talk like a boring job interview. I mean someone that goes out of their way to take you for walks and actually be your friend. Truly try to help you feel better, talk about your life. That helped with me.
