What have they broken this bloody time? Do they ever test these patches? Makes me wonder...

Mainly the Mission board is borked...going through the various faction mission causes a lock up and you have to revert to logging out, Handing in bounties / travel/planet datacauses a freeze..etc
There is probably more but that is what I and others have encountered.
