Eligius 1.0.0 - dark style for 4.3

I love this theme, but for some reason when I go to change the navigation it does not work right, it only sticks to the ones like shown in the screenshot, I know im doing it right because it is showing fine on another theme but for some reason on this theme I cannot change specifically the navigation.
