I believe too it's arx relative. And I don't think the watchdog.exe really scan for cheats program , it's seems to be only there to reports crash and ever ask before to send them (of course, don't send them if you launched the trainer ;-))... I din't even knew about it and use almost all not dangerous hacks in solo (I would have been banned for now).
Done a lot of CQC recently (without cheating...) and bought some ark. Maybe one of those made a difference...

I received my temp (7-day) ban while having bought about $70 worth of ARX.. I think that it's safe to say they don't discriminate.
