Best antivirus is user.
However, ESET is pretty solid. We are using centralized version with console on our work. Easy to deploy installations remotely on new clients and rarely have problems with viruses and other malware (and we have over 300 computers on our internal network).
Avast - use to be good few years ago. Now it's solid crap.
