Guys, if you're going to be running a DarkRP server, run the LawlessRP ruleset. Look it up on google, and you'll find the Steam Community guide that details it. Even the DarkRP creator, Falco, recognized it in the global DarkRP MOTD. Give it a read, and please run this ruleset. It's so much better than the trash admin bullshit we see today.
