What about Joker ?

My wife and I just discussed this movie.

She and I both like it, but for very different reasons.
She thought it was the best portrayal of the Joker and gave him humanity that she believed he lacked. She said it made you feel sorry for him.
I loved the take on his mania and what drove him mad, but I think Jared Leto's Joker was much more akin to the thug of the original comics.
