html and css has nothing to do with c my friend. He want's programming languages with proper logic and not how to declare a canvas with borders and text inside haha. @OP, if you want something fun and easy go for C# and vb.net, they are compact and with .net framework you could initialize windows api very easy with no need to start learning about them.
