whats the most ideal house to you

I would personally love to live somewhere rural yet not too far from a town. This would allow for privacy and a farm life as well as the ability to take a quick/short drive to your local town and hang out with ya mates or go shopping. A medium sized house would also keep cost's down for maintenance whilst providing essentials and a comfortable-roomy environment.
