DarkRP playermodel does not change when switching jobs.

Hello, I am currently making a DarkRP server which I am having some problems with. I have noticed that whenever I switch to a job (ANY JOB) my playermodel does not change to the specified jobs playermodel. For example I switch to a Thief and my playermodel was supposed to change to a Thief playermodel but it does not. It just stays the same as I have spawned with. I dont know what seems to be the problem. I am not getting any errors in the console or anything like that. Does anyone on here know how to fix this issue? I will really appreciate it. Thank you.
