Better explanation of the rules

Hi,

I'm not 100% sure where to post this thread but...

I've read the rules for this website and I've got a few concerns about them. I was thinking about writing a post with the questions I had, but I was afraid that I'd be breaking some of the rules that weren't too clear to me.

The reason I'm making this post is because I like having detailed explanations of everything. Autism does that to you.

Is there a mod or staff member I can talk to in regards to this?
