Is it normal to play War Thunder? Is it worth playing it?

When I had a lot of time on my hands I played War Thunder as much as I possibly could. The air battles are a ton of fun to progress through, especially if you have a joystick. If air battles aren't your thing, the ground/tank battles are a ton of fun as well. War Thunder is free, the graphics are incredible, and it's an awesome game.
