Favourite water brand

I don't see much of a difference in water brands besides sometimes different purification methods. Most bottling companies use 'reverse osmosis' which depletes the mineral content of your water. Distilled water is the same way. I don't like mineral-free water because minerals are essential to our cellular metabolism, growth, and vitality, and we get majority of them from eating food, not drinking water. Therefore there can be no truely 'better' water unless you take this into question or the tap water in your local area is low quality. Hope this helps!
