The perfect video game?

My perfect video game is a game that has the same leveling system and open world feel of skyrim but be completely open ended and free for you to play around in the world like Kenshi is (this is how I played skyrim anyways. Finished the quests once then just played it for everything else) I want the world to be completely intractable. I want you to be able to take out any tree or rock you want and build your own town or kingdom and be able to be your own jarl and have your own npc town and can attack other cities and villages and have politics with the other towns where you can make allies and enemies and they'll attack you in certain situations. I like the factions and story lines they have so I would like that aswell in it. Basically I want Rust/Ark + Skyrim + Kenshi with more interaction with the world in general. What is your perfect video game?
