how do you rank upp faster?

No real solution for it, if you have played a lot of games ranking up (or down) slows down significantly. If you have less than say 50 competitive wins and you do good, your rating will skyrocket, and new accounts that do good will get to global easily. Found that out on a smurf which got to GE after 25~ wins
