Except there's a much smaller market share of users who use Brave's Tor over actual Tor browser. Not to mention that Tor keeps your window size static and arbitrary, making fingerprinting a lot harder when everyone has the same values. Also their standardized versioning will prevent OpenGL/Canvas fingerprinting. I highly doubt many Brave users know how to prevent fingerprinting, and Tor does most of the process for you.
If you want to use Tor, just use the damn browser.
