Are you guys like me and want to start over and over all the time in your survi worl?

I have a private server with my mates. We have a lot of fun in the start of the world. One player kills animals and get the food. One person cuts trees and one mine for ores. We usually put some tunes on in discord and enjoy life. Although I dont know why but I always feel an urge to start over after 10 hours of playing on the world. I really dont know why. I have a theory though that it is because I get too many sidetracks and cant finish a single project in my world. I actually enjoy looking at people playing the game more than me playing it. Maybe this is just me, what are your thoughts?
