I used to stay up for like 3-4 days, sleep 3-6 hours and repeat. Also, I've drunk about 3 liters of red bull every day. Now I've a heart condition mainly cause of that.
I've a regular sleeping schedule and try to not stay up as long as I used to. I miss my old allnighters where I did so much shit and finished a lot of projects, but my healthiness is more important for me now.
