How many genders are there ?

I believe god made two genders and two genders only male and female. If you are born with both male and female parts things get a little more complicated i believe if that happens you should be able to pick if you're male or female or be considered an exception because you were born that way. I don't think you should be able to get surgeries for this stuff.
