Call of Duty: Modern Warfare PC - Bad Stuttering/Freezing

I picked up the new cod game a week ago and I have been experiencing bad Stuttering/freezing in co-op and campaign but not in multiplayer.

I meet all of the requirements for the game except RAM.

I only have 8gb RAM while it's recommended to have 12 so I believe that may be one of the things that could cause the issue.

Anyone else getting any bad Stuttering/freezing?
