How do you feel about cheaters?

Depends what game they play/how they cheat.

Cheaters in single-player games? I'm all for it! Sometimes games can be a bit too greedy with artificial difficutly, and it can sometimes ruin the game to be unable to progress because you need to collect 10 000 of X item to move on to the next stage. Plus it's a lot more fun to be able to play around, install mods, etc... In large open-world games like Skyrim and all that.

Cheater in multiplayer games? Now that's a different thing, I'd say in general terms I'm against it, notably because it ruins the experiences of other users. How annoying is it to be on a perfect kill-streak or be in the lead, just for some dude who has an aimbot and is flying to kill you at the last minute? There are some exceptions tho, cheaters in co-op games can be alright depending on the context, as well as cheaters who have 'innofensive' hacks, such as the users who had cosmetics hacks (derp, etc...) in Minecraft and such
