How did you first get into Anime?

First got into anime as a child. The first anime I watched was Pokmon, as well some old ones that got broadcaston national TV back then. Much much later though, one of my friends was obsessed with anime and we watched a lot of it together and it stuck, have been watching anime since then!:D
