kicked out of games help

does anybody know how to stop being kicked out of fortnite matches?
i just got a new pc and everytime i try to launch a fortnite match on a completely new account, it always kicks me out for "using a VPN, Lagging, or Cheating" even though im doing neither of those things.
ive tried everything and i really dont know what to do...
