How to rank faster?

Your in-game rank doesnt mean anything, i've played with Silver friends before in a MG game and we won 16-3, try playing faceit.
Also practice more, get aim_botz and practice there. Go onto community HS only deathmaths games, play normal deathmatch. I do this everyday and i've went from silver in start of 2019 to LEM now.
