English aside, this isn't a very good no question for a yes/no answer.

If you're holding onto the bitcoin you mine and you expect the value to go up, then it can always be profitable. There were people who stopped mining when the value of bitcoin reached a couple of dollars because it "wasn't profitable anymore", yet had they continued mining and held onto it they would've made ridiculous profits.

If you're selling it off right away, you can just figure it out with calculator... calculate your electricity cost and subtract that from your mining revenue to determine whether or not it's profitable. The cost of electricity varies significantly from place to place e.g. it's four times more expensive in Germany (33 cents per kWh) than it is in China or India (8 cents per kWh) so what's profitable to one person won't necessarily be profitable to another.
