How to rank faster?

Don't get tilted if your teammates are "doing bad". Just focus yourself and only what u could have done different if you lost. Remember you wont win 100% of the games but if you are better than rest you will win atleast more than 50% and rank up. And of course know your maps, some standard smokes and keep practising aim. Maybe in aimbotz and some dm!
