What does this script do?
If you think a player is cheating or just want to stalk him because you think he's violating rules or trolling people you can use this script to get screenshots of his screen or to directly stream his screen to you.
Are there any issues?
The guy who's getting screenshotted will lag more when he's being screenshotted/his screen is being streamed
How do I install this script?

• Drag & Drop to your addons folder
  
• Upload the web to your webserver
  
• Change the server key/password in config/settings.phpandsv_leyscreencaps.luato something very secret
  
• Enter your steam api key inconfig/settings.php and be happy; u're done =)
