Camera pans on the Iphone SE are a disaster

Hello community,
I have found that the camera pans on the Iphone SE are a disaster - whether slow or fast filmed. It flickers / trembles like crazy ...
So my question to the camera, photo and film experts:
I can choose in the settings
720p HD (30 fps) to 4K (30 fps).
The default setting is 1080p HD (30 fps), which I had previously.
4K is out of the question because I need a memory card ...
Would there be a change if I set the whole thing to 720p HD?
Or is it generally due to the Iphone SE?
Another smartphone would probably be more likely?

I like to film, I also have an HD cam, but I don't always have it with me ...
