What makes a Darkrp server good

Rules that aren't as strict. My problem with DarkRP The rules mitigate any form of fun half of the time. FTPJE didn't intend it to be that way but people find ways to over restrict the slightest amount of fun for the ''aspect'' of roleplay anytime I see a ''No RDM, MUST ADVERT ANYTHING'' I don't even bother playing there. I wouldn't advert I was going to mug someone IRL imagine me out in public screaming at a lady at the top of my lungs I'm going to mug you. It's just dumb.
