I got into my ex's snapchat a year ago but that was just because she was starting beef. My suggestion would be to manipulate her. Make a fake snapchat phishing link and message her some bullshit in facebook.

"Hey i know we're having issues but i logged into www.snapphisher.io and its got a lot of public pictures of us that everyone can see. Did you do this?"
or rat her phone if shes got an android.
